I had the honour of working on Cyndi Lauper’s “Sally’s Pigeons’” 2022 redux as Roe v. Wade was revoked last June. Once again women’s freedom is up for “debate” as their right to choose in all aspects of their lives is gradually taken away.

We wanted to pay tribute to Sally’s Pigeons’ original music video yet still give it a modern look as the issue of abortion and women’s freedom over their bodies is still a current struggle. We choose to go with a blue monochromatic look to translate the blue state of women with the overturn of Roe V. Wade last June 2022.
